Barsi Baba Bishan Singh

Barsi of Baba Bishan Singh Ji was celebrated on 09 Oct 09. It was hoped that the new building will be ready by then.

Unfortunately the main hall was though complete but the finishing touches still remained. Outer are could not be done. the work is still on . You can see the attached video to view the newly furnished interior of the Gurudwara.

good old days

I remember the days when Kandhala Jattan was a vibrant village. We had a very good Kabaddi team which had players like Udho (Udham Singh), Bhajan, Billa, Choudhar Chanan and many like that. We could beat good teams like of village Ghorewaha.

The village

I intend to record history of the village and invite suggestions from all who have roots in this village to improve this village to put it at par with leading villages of Punjab.
